If you are very busy and don't have the time to travel, then a home Sports Massage could be the solution for you.
I will bring the Towels (Drapes) and the Massage Table (Plinth). All you need to provide is: yourself and a sensible area in which the Massage Bench can be set up in and worked around.
There is a minimum charge to cover the travelling and setting up times. The cost are:
60 Minutes Treatment - £45
90 Minutes Treatment - £65
120 Minutes Treatment - £80
All treatments can be split between friends or family. This provides value for money.
